Parse and process various document formats (PDF, DOCX, spreadsheets, HTML, images, text)
Create and manage knowledge bases from indexed documents
Deploy AI agents with knowledge and web access capabilities
Extract structured data from web pages through web parsing endpoints
Query indexed documents and knowledge bases through API endpoints

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your password confidential and secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

8.2 AI-Generated Content

Our Service may use artificial intelligence to generate responses and insights. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
You should verify important information independently
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUERY MEMORY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR PERSONAL INJURY
ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Query Memory and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your User Content
Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement of any third-party rights

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Query Memory regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
